How to top up credit?
You can top up your credit via bank transfer (with fast payment, the amount is credited within 10 minutes) or you can top up online by credit card. Thanks to automatic top-up support, you never have to monitor your credit balance again. For larger volumes, we also offer the option to pay by invoice once a month based on messages sent.
How much does a text sender ID cost?
To set up a text sender ID, it must be registered with mobile operators who charge fees for this. The one-time registration fee is 500 CZK, followed by a monthly charge of 500 CZK (price for all operators).
What is the credit validity period?
Credit with us never expires. You can send messages even just once a year.
How to connect the API?
After registration, you can generate an API key that will give you access to our API.
How long can an SMS be?
An SMS can be up to 160 characters long. If you want to send a longer text, it will automatically be split into parts of 153 characters (7 characters in each message are used for information that allows the text to appear as a single message on the recipient's phone). This is standard SMS behavior according to the GSM standard, the same for all providers.
What is test credit?
Upon registration, you receive free test credit to try out the features of various sending methods and to test the API integration. If the test credit is not enough, please contact us.
