Frequently asked questions

What types of phone numbers are available?

We provide 2 basic types of phone numbers.

Virtual mobile number: The SIM card doesn't physically exist, but the phone number is indistinguishable from a regular mobile number (prefix +420736).

Virtual landline number: A regular landline number (prefix +420222).

How does SMS receiving and sending from a landline number work?

The landline phone number is connected to our cloud interface. The recipient receives the message as if you sent it from a mobile phone, but the sender is the landline phone number.

The advantage is that nothing changes on your existing landline. You can still use it for receiving and making calls, just as before.

The disadvantage is that this type of number is often not supported by third-party applications (e.g., Google, Facebook, banks, etc.) and messages cannot be sent to a landline number from these services.

What are the advantages of a virtual number?

A virtual number is suitable for marketing campaigns, advertising messages, newsletters, SMS marketing, etc., as well as for regular customer communication.

Customers can always reply (unlike SMS with a text sender ID).

Your messages don't get mixed up with other messages in the phone (e.g., from banks, various newsletters, etc.).
