RCS Conversation

RCS conversation is an advanced type of RCS message that allows sending not only text but also images, interactive elements (buttons, carousel, video, etc.)

It is perfect for advanced automations and interactive messages. In a single conversation, you can allow the recipient to order a service, change a date, cancel a reservation, etc. without the recipient needing to leave for another app or website.

The advantage is that messages within a conversation are free (all messages after the first sent are free for the following 24 hours).
